Closing up of schools in Covid , not a good decision

The reason why schools were closed because the politician's thought that this is the easiest way for them to show the public that they are doing something to constraints the spread of covid. We can't ignore the fact that there was no other way to restrict this virus. The point is that when it comes to re-opening of school the government is least interested in this matter. Where as all other public sector offices are now running as they were use to before covid.

As of now no studies have shown that the childrens were at at much higher risk to the infection of covid
Infact the people below the age of 25 have more risk to their life while walking on roads means if they are going out on ride or walk then they have much more risk to their life instead of covid
Country like Sweden never closed the school for children's under the age of 16.The simple argument is if the banks are not being closed, nor the railways , airports or any other public sector office then why are we closing up the schools.
India is the country with most number of children in terms of population, due to this closing up of schools the number of malnourished children is on increase, due to the closing up of mid-day meal scheme which was the reason for increase in the admission of children in government schools the child labour is also on increase, learning level of the childrens is on steep decline.
The following are the point suggested to recover this loss
1. Consolidate the syllabus: i.e teachers should prioritise the subjects which are more important for the children such as numeral ability, maths ability to read this are the things which should be focused up on.
2. Extending the instructional time: we should extend the timing of the learning i.e. we should reduce the number of unnecessary holidays, half days and should cutdown the number of days in summer or winter holidays which can be used for the students to learn new things
3. Improve the efficiency of learning :
Last but not the least the government should increase the funding to improve the education system

The longer we are closing up the schools the lesser are the Chances of children to return the school , which was the case which happened in africa when Ebola virus broke out.
Primary and pre primary is the most important stage of learning in the childrens life, so that shouldn't be compromised. And the schools should be opened as soon as possible.
